The PawsitivID website uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity records behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays of page interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation. It uses first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies to recognize returning visitors. Form input is masked in session replays.

Company uses this information to improve the website, diagnose problems, and help protect the site against fraud and abuse. Microsoft processes this data as a service provider.
